Warranty/Exchange Procedure

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request must be submitted for all warranty and non-warranty returns.

Only products sold by Zorg North America LLC are covered by the warranty, and other brand products will not be considered.

Our goal is to provide replacement components as quickly as possible to help customers complete installations and repairs in a timely manner.

Once completed, you will receive the authorization to return the product.

All products must be labeled with the failure or concern to be confirmed by Zorg NA.

Ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

A copy of the RA must be placed in the box with the listed product and shipped to:

Write the RMA # on the outside of the package for faster processing.

The replacement product will be shipped back to you at Zorg’s expense.

RMA’s Expire 60 Days After Issue

Any product returned without an RMA will not be acknowledged

Defective Material Exchange

- Product must be within the manufacturer’s warranty period
- Product that is physically damaged; or failed due to improper installation will not be covered.

Note: Failure to use Dielectric Grease (supplied with the product) on connectors may void the warranty. Any cut or damaged cable will void the warranty.

Parts sold as a kit must contain all parts of the kit. The cost of any missing kit components will be deducted from the credit.
